Janus understands the importance of the preservation of an asset when appointed as Receiver of a hotel property.  Because Janus has corporate counsel on staff, it eliminates the unnecessary expense of having to retain counsel to advise management on legal issues and satisfy all court reporting requirements. 

Over the last 20 years serving as a court appointed Receiver, Janus has developed a 3 for 1 product for its third party owners and its institutional clients.  For one simple fee, Janus will serve in the capacity of Receiver, hotel management company and legal counsel for the property.  Because Janus employs individuals with strong knowledge in various hotel and legal issues, we can concentrate on all areas of management, including:
